Incentives make mothers refer brands to friends

A recent study from the US reports that 34 per cent of mums regularly recommend a business or website when asked to do so and 63 per cent occasionally tell a friend. Offering an incentive would highly increase the likelyhood of a recommendation, the survey suggests, because 66  per cent of mothers said they would be more likely to refer a brand to others if there was an incentive such as coupons, discounts or deals.
